Bryony Gordon: ‘Run for the way it makes you feel, not for the way it makes you look’

Paglalarawan

Welcome back to this mini series which follows me as I attempt to complete a world record of 30 marathons in 30 days on sand in the Jordanian desert. This week’s guest is Bryony Gordon. She’s a bestselling author and mental health campaigner who runs marathons in her underwear. In this episode we talk about what running has given her and how it's changed her life.
