"Americans Are SICK Of This!" Joe Kent v Alan Dershowitz On Iran & ‘Israel First’ + John Mearsheimer

Paglalarawan

Rising tensions in the Middle East and a shifting political divide in the US take center stage. As Donald Trump extends a fragile ceasefire with Iran, questions grow over how the conflict will end - with Iran still controlling the Strait of Hormuz and US pressure ongoing. At the same time, public opinion in America is undergoing a dramatic shift. Support for Israel is declining across both parties, with more Americans now sympathizing with Palestinians than Israelis - an unprecedented change shaping the future of US politics. Tonight’s debate captures that divide: lifelong Democrat Alan Dershowitz switches parties to defend Israel, while Republican Joe Kent breaks ranks over US ties to Israel and the Iran War. With potential 2028 contenders like Josh Shapiro and Rahm Emanuel weighing in, the political stakes couldn’t be higher. How does the Iran conflict end and where does America stand on Israel now? Piers Morgan is joined by international relations scholar, Professor John Mearsheimer, author and legal scholar Alan Dershowitz, former director of the US National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent, and Ian Bremmer, president of the Eurasia Group. 00:00 Introduction 01:08 Professor John Mearsheimer on how the Iran war will end 02:50 Professor Mearsheimer on Iran’s nuclear capability 06:33 Economic distress globally and political damage to Donald Trump 11:50 Alan Dershowitz and Joe Kent join Piers to discuss their political alignments 12:06 Alan Dershowitz on denouncing his 'Democratic face' 17:05 Joe Kent responds to Alan Dershowitz 18:54 Alan Dershowitz on Israel being opposed to the Iraq war 24:22 Israel’s decreasing popularity and pressure on the US 29:54 Rahm Emmanuel’s comments on Bill Maher’s show 36:11 Polymarket poll on the 2028 Republican Presidential nominee - https://polymarket.com/event/republican-presidential-nominee-2028 39:45 Ian Bremmer joins Piers to discuss implications of the Iran war 48:29 Piers asks Ian about the future of the Gulf states Subscribe to stay up-to-date on all Uncensored
