Help My Wealth and the Money Rules OR Money Rules Podcast is all about "Empowering your Financial Journey", and on this episode, we talk to Matthew Ivers and drill into Property Investments and ask the question, "Where is Property at?" Mat Co-Founded Vision Finance in 2000 and has worked as a licenced Mortgage broker since then 2000 and for 15 years, specialised in investment lending. Frustrated that his investment clients were purchasing property without strong evidence-based research to support that investment purchase, in 2015, he also became a Licensed Buyer's Agent and, more importantly, an accredited Investment Property Advisor. As an accredited Investment Property Advisor, Mat could now bring robust, evidenced-based, documented support to his property investment clients. Mat is also the Vice President of the Property Investment Association of Australia (PIAA) This material has been prepared for general information purposes only and not as specific advice to any particular person Reach out to us at: https://helpmywealth.com.au/contact/ Host: Stephen Logan from Logan Property Group : https://www.loganpropertygroup.com.au Guest: Hamish Ferguson from Vision Property and Finance: https://visionpf.com.au Contact Help My Wealth to reach out to this episode's guest speaker or if you have any questions for us: https://helpmywealth.com.au/contact/ Watch the podcast video: OR Find our podcast on your podcast platform:
