The Ruthless Alpha's Chosen Mate

The Chosen ceremony is a tradition of rebirth that occurs once every 100 years. One female from a selected pack gives her life in service to the moon goddess, in thanks for the blessings and protection she provides to the werewolf communities. Not once has the ceremony been skipped, that is until Annabelle is chosen. Her father stopped the ceremony, saving her from being sacrificed but at what cost? Soon enough people in different packs start to die, her father included. With their pack left without a leader they are forced to join a stronger pack run by the ruthless Alpha Randal. Whose father also died as a result of the failed chosen ceremony. The moment Anna and Randal meet they learn they are mates but he wants nothing to do with the girl who resulted in the deaths of thousands. He rejects her, forcing her to become the pack slave. But when more and more people begin to die is it still the consequences of an angered moon goddess? Or is there something more sinister hiding in plain sight.
