Render to God: Christ's Dominion and Human Taxation

When Jesus' adversaries sought to trap Him, they asked about taxes. taxation remains a source of tension and debate in our society still today. Some argue that taxes are the price we pay for a civilized society, while others see them as nothing more than legalized theft. But what does Scripture truly say about the issue?God commands, "You shall not steal," but does this also apply to governments? If so, why does the Apostle Paul instruct believers to "Pay taxes to whom taxes are owed"? And what happens when those governments are corrupt and use tax money to wage unjust wars or support causes that go against God's will?In this thought-provoking book, Pastor Alin Armstrong delves into these questions, providing clear, biblical answers to ease the tension surrounding taxation. When Jesus said, "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s," there was much more at stake than a simple directive to pay taxes. This profound statement is rooted in thousands of years of God’s redemptive history, leading up to a moment of deep spiritual significance.Unlock the Profound Depths of Scripture and Witness the Supreme Reign of Christ as you navigate the contentious topic of taxation through the lens of Biblical truth. This book isn’t merely about taxes; it’s a transformative journey to understand your identity as God’s image-bearer, your divine purpose, the cosmic battle between light and darkness, and the ultimate victory of Christ our King.Read more
