My Ex-to-Be

Jane Wilson returns home after three years abroad to care for her terminally ill mother, only to be blindsided by her husband Brandon Long's request for a divorce, spurred by his renewed commitment to his first love, Rachel Sterling. As Jane grapples with her enduring love for Brandon and the complexities of their impending separation, she is drawn into a tense and intricate dynamic with Rachel, who, despite her own terminal illness, wishes for Jane to remain part of Brandon's life. Amidst family tensions, unresolved feelings, and societal pressures, Jane must navigate a path to independence and self-discovery, while Brandon struggles between his sense of duty to Rachel and his unresolved emotions for Jane.
