Finding Your Center: The Quality of Thinking Book I

Finding Your Center is about locating that clarity within yourself so that you gain control over your thinking and in this way your life. What I discovered in coaching individual and business for a good part of my life is that almost everyone has a critical need to gain greater clarity of mind. If you think you don’t need to, then your mind is not operating at its full potential. It is not about intellect, aptitude or ability. Centering is a completely different aspect of thinking altogether. It is however, fundamental and essential. Few people consider it or spend much effort trying to understand it or to too enhance it. They have days of clarity and days of cloudiness and they have little awareness or idea of how to change their concentration other than using stimulants. In almost all things Centering makes the difference between mediocre and exceptional results. Spend a few hours with me now Fining your Center and learn how to optimize your mind. Gain control over mental patterns that most people have little control over. Get the most out of your mind, so you can get the most out of your life.Read more
