Zungula blasts Ramaphosa: Impeachment, Concourt, s89 panel review, Parliament, ATM

الوصف

In this episode of SMWX, we unpack the growing political and constitutional fallout from the Constitutional Court’s Phala Phala judgment against President Cyril Ramaphosa. What happens now? Could Parliament move toward impeachment? Can a review application delay the process? And what do past precedents — from Jacob Zuma to Busisiwe Mkhwebane — tell us about the road ahead? We break down the law, the politics, the constitutional implications and the unseen consequences now facing the presidency, the ANC and the country itself. Spread the fire.
