"What separates the Moroccan Empire from the Kingdom of Morocco? Sultan, Kendon Bey Q&A"

الوصف

The Empire of Morocco understood historically as the ancestral home of the Moors, represents the older sovereign structure from which Moorish identity, culture, and political lineage originate, while the modern Kingdom of Morocco reflects the post‑1956 constitutional colonial state established after European protectorate rule. The term Black in English evolved over centuries to describe color, appearance, and later various African‑descended populations, but these linguistic categories were created externally and do not define Moorish nationality. Likewise, Blackamoor historically referred to stylized European depict dark‑skinned people and later became a misapplied label for Moors, contributing to confusion between ethnicity, color, and nationality. Colonial administrations and later U.S. racial systems used terms such as “Black,” “Negro,” and “Colored” to replace older national identities, but these labels describe social categories, not sovereign descent. Understanding this distinction clarifies that the Empire of Morocco refers to the original Moorish State "The Empire", while the Kingdom of Morocco is a colonial state within the Empire of Morocco with like characters of all colonial states within the Empire of Morocco. The Kingdom of Morocco is the home of the Arab, Persian, and Turkish-men nationality not Moors aka Blackamoor, Negros, Colored Peoples , & African American who's home is the Empire of Morocco.
