Message from John below ❤️❤️❤️ This has been such an uplifting experience and also an unburdening therapy, I have spent years without revisiting my quite odd life (So far) so after bottling it a couple of times I called you.. This has been a huge reawakening and finally feeling I now own me, more stoic and Ive dumped the bergan of memories Im delighted it is unscripted, you set the scene perfectly, I felt really comfortble chatting with you. #veteran #funny #britisharmy #viral #podcast #royalmarinecommando #motivation #parachuteregiment #interview #army #shorts #therapy #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters
