George explains why “thoughts are real but not true,” how the brain reacts to imagined fear as if it’s real, and how anxiety often comes from stories we repeat unconsciously. We explore the inner critic (the “underminer”), parts work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and how to transform harsh self-talk into wise inner leadership. You’ll also learn practical tools like “notice, let go, trust,” the Taoist principle of Wu Wei (effortless action), and why embodiment practices like Tai Chi and Qigong can help you surrender and trust in everyday life. If you’re on a spiritual awakening journey and want more peace, clarity, and self-love, this episode is for you.
