Puro, who Rashid had renamed Hamida, formed a new and meaningful friendship with a woman named Lajo. Through Lajo, Puro received crucial information about her own family's fate—her brother and parents. The conversation brought a sense of closure to her long-held pain. The story concluded with a final act of rescue. Ram Chand and Puro's brother, with the help of the police, came to retrieve Lajo, symbolizing a small victory for humanity and family bonds. The novel left us with a poignant sense of reflection on the lives that were irreversibly altered by the Partition. It's a powerful reminder of how women were often the biggest casualties of history, their identities and lives changed forever. I hope you enjoyed this journey with me through Amrita Pritam’s masterpiece. #audiobook #punjabiculture #family #punjabimaaboli #motherhood #punjabistories #writer #punjabibooks #punjabiculture #ਪੰਜਾਬੀ #punjabifolk #punjabikahani #punjabikahaninew #punjabi #punjabistoriesnew Listen to Pinjar!- Amrita Pritam (Complete Audio Book): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-D5RUWpO-vuaLV3erI0vYv-Ybcc6B8kA Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChwkX9873lnmEit_BGXSxPQ/join Channel Playlist- 1.
