By inducing deep relaxation and heightened suggestibility, guided hypnotherapy can help you access your subconscious mind. It can also reprogram negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to anxiety. During this guided hypnotherapy session, calming language and imagery will guide you into a relaxed state. These visualization techniques will enable you to imagine a peaceful and calming scene, such as a beach or lake. This can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which counteracts the "fight or flight" response triggered by anxiety. Through repeated hypnotherapy sessions, you can learn to access this relaxed state on your own and develop new coping mechanisms for managing your anxiety. You can identify and address any underlying emotional or psychological factors that may contribute to your anxiety.
