DepEd seeks more funds for mental health services

In light of recent incidents of violence, Department of Education Director IV Razzel Anne Requesto points out the importance of providing mental health services in schools. Requesto, who works under the DepEd’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Governance and Support Services, also raises the need to increase funding for mental health and child protection programs.
