today’s episode is a really personal one. i’ve been reflecting a lot on the limiting beliefs and generational patterns i don’t want to pass down to my child. as someone preparing to become a first-time dad, i’ve been thinking deeply about trauma, love, failure, and the kind of mindset i want to build in my own family.this episode is less about having all the answers and more about choosing to become more aware so we can break cycles instead of repeating them.
