Be kind to yourself

“We have certainly created man in the best of form.” (Surah At-Tin 95:4)This verse reminds me that I am beautifully and perfectly made by Allah. Being kind to myself means remembering that, forgiving my mistakes, and treating myself with the same mercy Allah shows me.
