Salamat po! 💛 ⬇️⬇️⬇️ buymeacoffee.com/DemokrasyaTV "Colonial" is the first part of one of my favourite documentary series on Martial Law Era Philippines (and Philippine history in general), "In Our Image: The United States and the Philippines". Based on the acclaimed book by the late Stanley Karnow, this part of the series discusses the Philippine-American War, the colonisation of the Philippines by the United States, the country's horrific experience under Japanese rule during World War II, and the liberation of the Philippines by Allied forces.
