Keduanya dituduh menerima keuntungan dari kebijakan pembagian kuota haji 2024. Namun, siapa pemberi untung tak jelas. KPK menduga biro perjalanan haji mendapatkan keuntungan dari pembagian itu. Sejauh ini nama Fuad Hasan Masyhur, pemilik Maktour, bolak-balik diperiksa.
