It's the summer of 2011, and Colin Sweeney is in a rut. He is in a job he hates and has just split up from his long-term girlfriend. A passionate football fan, at least things are looking up on that front. His team recently won their first trophy in 35 years, and are expected to challenge for a league title.Having thrown himself into the fortunes of his club, Colin decides to chronicle the journey of a fan during the 2011/12 season. What it means to follow your team, and the stresses and pressures of a life where your mood depends on the fortunes of others.
