Heart Intelligence: Powerful Self Consciousness

Discover the Scientific Evidence that Explains Our Essential and Empowering Heart Based Intuitive Intelligence.10th Anniversary Revised Edition of Heart Intelligence expresses infinite possibilities to our common questions:What is Real ?Who are We ?What is Consciousness ?Where are We Going ?What is The Connection ?What is Wellbeing ?How can We Coexist ?Scientific Research on Heart as the primary organ for Meta-cognition (Creative Thinking), production of wellbeing hormones and Electro Magnetic Energy FieldInternationally peer-reviewed and groundbreaking scientific research from the Institute of HeartMath including other scientists has revealed the following:Heart’s Neurological Communication:via the cardiac nervous system known as theIntrinsic Cardiac Gangliacommonly called theHeart-Brain.Heart’s Electromagnetic Communication: The heart has a5000 times strongerelectromagnetic fieldthan the brain that can be recorded360degrees and2-3feet around the body. ThisElectromagnetic Energycreates anenergy field around the body.Heart’s Electrical Field: The heart produces electrical energy that creates an electrical field. Electrical field of the heart – measured by an ECG (Electrocardiogram) is40-60 timesstronger than that of the brain's electrical field measured by an EEG (Electroencephalography).Heart’s Biochemical Communication:via the hormones, the heart regulates the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system to control the endocrine as well as exocrine glands. The heart secretes a hormone calledAtriopeptin that counteracts the effect of the stress hormone called Cortisol. Via thevagus nerve, the heart in particularcontrols the Pineal Glandto secreteMelatoninand regulate otheropiates (wellbeing hormones) such asDopamine, Serotonin, and DMT (Dimethyltryptamine). These Pineal gland hormones are responsible for restructuring the brain and hence creating lateral connections via neuroplasticity therefore increasing cognitive capacity as well as healing the brain; getting rid of free radicals that damage healthy cells; d
