ATTENTION STUDENTS: If you need to write a paper on stress and change in organizations, then this is the perfect reference. It's simple, easy to understand, and right to the point. This eBook is for people who experience stress at work due to organizational change. It discusses factors that play a role in getting employees to accept change, and it takes a somewhat alternative viewpoint by showing how low-level stress is a beneficial, and sometimes necessary, part of the process. Advantages of low-level stress are the opposite of the problems caused by high-level stress, and they include increased productivity, motivation, and effectiveness.Read more
