Unexpected Gifts: Book Three in the Unwanted Gifts Saga

In the third installment of the Unwanted Gifts series, Deborah Marcum is quickly growing up to be an exceptional young woman. While the world still does not know that Deborah's father was the person responsible for the two mysterious Events that changed so much of the East Coast, she has kept hidden that she has her father's gifts and perhaps more. All that Deborah wants to do is to make a difference in the world as an engineer and a US Navy naval aviator. But in the wake of so much going on in the world; various regional conflicts in the Middle East, Europe and East Asia, a significant economic downturn after the nuclear autumn, the growth of the new colony on Mars, the thousands of extraordinary young polymaths that are migrating to Mars even as they are changing much of America, the challenges continue to mount. Eventually, Deborah will have to go into combat and resist the urge to use the full extent of her gifts. Still, Deborah always looks to God's will in whatever she does first. But unexpected gifts continue to appear. Some of them the acts of exceptional leaders, while others are the manifestations of just a few of Deborah's abilities. Deborah's future is full of promise....and of potential peril.Read more
