The Empathy Protocol [english]

"The Empathy Protocol" follows the groundbreaking journey of Dr. Evelyn Marsh, a neuroscientist developing a treatment to instill empathy in psychopaths who are completely devoid of any emotions. Her first human trial is on a convicted serial killer Mark Harris. As her work shows promise in rehabilitating criminals, Evelyn faces ethical dilemmas and unexpected consequences becoming a victim of her own research. The series explores the fine line between healing and playing god, as the treatment's effects ripple through society. Evelyn must navigate the dangers of such experiments, questioning the nature of emotion and free will while confronting her own childhood trauma that led her to develop the device.
