The Devil's Bayou

When shadows rise, secrets fall...Former journalist turned paranormal investigator Vanessa Calloway thought she’d seen it all. Campers have vanished, strange whispers echo through the night, and dark figures lurk in the swamp.Vanessa’s instincts tell her there’s more to the haunting than meets the eye, but she knows she can’t solve this one alone. She enlists the help of Luna Fontaine, a powerful psychic medium with a family legacy steeped in the supernatural. Together, they must navigate the cursed waters of the bayou, uncovering a terrifying truth buried beneath decades of silence. As the investigation deepens, Vanessa and Luna realize they are up against an ancient force—one tied to a string of brutal murders from the 1970s. The spirits of the bayou's forgotten victims are restless, and their thirst for revenge could consume anyone who dares to cross their path. With the past and present colliding, Vanessa and Luna must race against time to stop the vengeful spirits from dragging them into the dark depths of the Devil’s Bayou. Will they unravel the mystery, or will the bayou’s shadows claim them next?Delta Hex is a brand new series created by authors M.
