Take 5 Self-Defense Concept: Nikida's Mudo-Kan Waza-Ryu Martial Arts

"Take 5 Self-Defense Concepts" delves into two profound perspectives. Firstly, Dr. Antonio N. Sherman, a dedicated, certified, and world-class martial artist, has devoted his entire life to self-defense. This book stands as a testament to his unwavering dedication and passion. Secondly, it is imperative to understand that you, not others, define success. Never let someone else dictate or measure your success.Dr. Nikida Sherman, a seasoned fighter and teacher, has gained profound insights from studying martial arts domestically and internationally. In his words, I learned not to be confined to any set fighting style or art form. Such confinement only imposes limitations and restricts freedom. Your attacker or threat does not follow a set pattern in the real world. What you have learned or perfected becomes ineffective if it is based on fixed movements or techniques."Survival is not solely for the fittest, but for those who are prepared". Sherman, with a Doctorate in Martial Science and Philosophy, has found this to be an undeniable truth. He consistently emphasizes that "deniability does not make reality". As a trained executive protection specialist, being effective in close-quarter combat cannot be second-guessed. It is not the car that wins the race, but the driver's skill."Take 5 Self-Defense Concepts" is not just a guide for martial artists; it is a universal manual for overcoming adversity and achieving success. Grandmaster Sherman’s journey and insights will inspire and empower you to rise above challenges like a phoenix rising from the ashes.Read more
