Sister Circle Handbook

Everyone benefits when women discover the joy of bonding...face it girls, we are good at this. We can connect with the woman in front of us at the market, or exchange child-rearing tips with someone we just met in an elevator. Men don't do this, and more amazingly, don't want to (they don't know what they're missing!) The truth is, God made us this way.God also gave us gifts that determine how we deal with friendship and life's problems, gifts that also help us become all we can be. The Sister Circle Handbook combines the discovery of our gifts and gives us direction regarding how to use them in our relationships. The Sister Circle Handbook celebrates the joy of sisterhood and is perfect for small group use. It showcases twelve life-issues (like Moods, Forgiveness, Gossip, Dealing with Difficult People, Disappointment, Forgiveness...) and offers biblical and sister-to-sister solutions. The material is not day, month, or year dated, nor is it seasonally defined, so it can be started at any time (we girls need flexibility!) And there's more: outreach ideas, party starters, and yummy recipes just to keep you going. The tone isn't preachy-teachy but conversational, and is fashioned with a heady mixture of female wit and fun interwoven with substance. In addition, the Sister Circle Handbook is a great companion to the first four Sister Circle novels by Nancy Moser and Vonette Bright. The goal is for every woman to deepen her faith, discover her God-given gifts, nourish sisterhood, and balance it all while living a life of joy, fulfilment, and purpose. Both new and seasoned believers will be enriched by the experience. So open up the Sister Circle Handbook and dive into the to-dos, how-tos, and good news about being a Sister in Christ!Read more
