On My Watch: From Police Cadet to Police Chief

Experience the life of a police officer in the memoir of Bill Zsenyuk, a man who served his community starting as a police cadet all the way up to police chief of Manchester, Michigan. His exploits ranged from the comical to the dangerous to the horrific. Laugh at some stories, cry over others, and marvel at the variety of events that comprise a police officer’s day. Walk the beat with Bill. Ride along in a patrol car. Work undercover and in plain clothes. Respond to accidents, interrupt robberies, make friends among the Mob and enemies among rogue police officers, and persevere while protecting your family when their safety is threatened. You’ll be fascinated by this first-hand account of one officer’s call of duty.Read more
