Keeping Christmas

An empty nest.A house full of memories.A husband with his own dreams. And one Christmas that could change everything. For Judith Winters, the holidays have always meant family—laughter, traditions, and a tree covered with ornaments that hold treasured memories. But this year, for the first time, not one of her children or grandchildren will be home. With only her husband, Stan, for company, Judith finds herself unable to rekindle any of the holiday joy that once flowed so easily. Then, while unpacking what Stan nicknamed the “ugly ornaments,” Judith is reminded of the past in ways she didn’t expect. As the weeks go by, small surprising things begin to unfold. And with the help of a friend and one event she would never have dreamed possible, Judith discovers that Christmas still holds the power to heal, to restore, and to bring people together in the most unimaginable ways.Keeping Christmasis a tender, uplifting holiday story about love, memories, and the things that really matter most at Christmas—told by a master storyteller who has always considered Christmas his favorite time of the year.Read more
