Firetongue

FLAME BREATHES FROM HER LIPS.MANY BELIEVE HER DAEMONKIND.THOSE WHO MATTER CALL HER CHOSEN.Jaela has been unable to speak the language of her people since childhood. To make matters worse, fire laces her peculiar words. Her village both fears and abhors her, abandoning her to a lonesome existence. When Rowan, the most skilled warrior in the clan, is chosen to deliver the tribal recompense into hell itself, Jaela is staggered when she is supernaturally selected to accompany him.Little does she know, Rowan has a secret he’s been running from for years: He comprehends her strange speech. Although he has long understood the origin of her idiosyncrasies, he is mystified when her tongue proves a worthier defender of their mission than his lifetime of training. As they confront the hazards of diverse clans and persistent daemonic assault from the hordes of the Nether realm, the latent power of the Firetongue emerges with fiercer potency than anyone ever reckoned.BRING ON THE FLAME.Read more
