Escaping Obesity: The Problem, the Cause and the Cure

This is not going to be a particular long or drawn out book, nor terribly expensive either. I'm not trying to get rich off of it, I am simply attempting to get the word of what I’ve discovered out to everyone that needs the information and there is a lot of people out there that really needs to know what I’ve found out, that as far as eating is concerned we’ve all been doing it wrong all along.I’m not trying to sell you a diet or even on the idea of a diet, at their very best a diet only fights one of the problem’s symptoms instead of the actual problem itself. What I am attempting to do is show all of you that I have not only discovered the reason or cause of the rampant rise in the percentage of obesity that is plaguing our civilization today but also what you’ll need to do to combat it at it’s roots!Best of all this is a complete lifestyle change, once you've settled into it you'll drop to your body's proper weight and then remain there forever because after you see the results in the mirror, feel the increase in your energy level and experience the pleasure of having a healthy physique you'll never return to your old way of eating again.Read more
