Elevating Construction Senior Superintendents, Book 1: A Principle Based Leadership Guide for Project, Senior, and General Superintendents in Construction

Senior level superintendents on projects should be the chief people officers (CPO) of their teams. This position does a less physical work and more mentoring of others doing the work. In fact, while most entry level superintendent positions execute work, senior leaders lead, organize, and build teams. This book is about building remarkable teams that build remarkable projects. To do this, you must have three key things: a multiplier leader, a strong team, and a strenuous performance target, goal, or milestone. With these three in place, any team can win! This book will help you become the team builder you were designed to be. Remember, individuals do not win the war against waste and variation--teams do! Please join us on this journey to provide healthier and more engaging project team environments where respect and excellence can thrive among winning teams.Read more
