Devas in Buddhism

Only in Buddhist religion it happens that the gods come to earth to the Buddha to request instruction and clarification, to support his Dispensation, to praise his incomparable qualities, and to pay homage at his feet. This makes one wonder about all different kinds of being that exist in entire creation. In this book we will learn about the different planes of existence of different beings whom normal people cannot see and how Buddha described their living conditions and what advantages they had over our world. We will also find how Buddha found a new untraveled path that not only made him foremost among humans but also made him greater than gods themselves.Read more
